Chris Wallace is a Texan-born, Arkansan artist who began his career at Alpine Records after being discovered by legendary record executive and former Stax Records owner Al Bell. With the global release of his debut album, Foolish Heart in 1997, Wallace was the most played independent artist in all of Europe for three months in a row. Chris scored three Top 10 singles in the Europe Country Music Association. In the early 2000s, Wallace opened up for some of country music’s biggest acts of the time including Montgomery Gentry, Phil Vassar, Mark Chesnutt, Tracy Lawrence, Kenny Chesney, Trace Adkins, and Billy Ray Cyrus. After tragically losing everything in a house fire, Wallace took a musical hiatus to focus on being home and supporting his family in Arkansas during the rebuilding process. As a husband and father, Wallace has kept his passion for music alive through songwriting with the goal of connecting with people through his art.
